Is stage 3 ovarian cancer curable?

My auntie just got news that her ovarian cancer is stage 3. It's been a shock for everyone. Is it possible for it to be completely cured at this stage, or is it more about managing it?

Please do not trust any alternative therapy claims or random internet remedies for something as serious as ovarian cancer. Go strictly by what your gynecological oncologist recommends for treatment.

It is treatable, so don't lose heart. Along with the hospital treatment, giving them light ginger tea helps immensely with chemo-induced nausea. Keep them comfortable and well-rested.

My mother-in-law was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer five years ago. After a successful surgery and chemotherapy, she is doing very well today and enjoys playing with her grandkids.

I totally get it, the anxiety when you first read the biopsy report is just overwhelming. But please know that stage 3 is curable and many women go into long-term remission after their treatment.

I know this feels incredibly scary right now, but stage 3 ovarian cancer is very responsive to treatment. We will get through this stage of life, just make sure she gets plenty of rest and stays positive.

Honestly, spending all night reading forum threads will only give you sleepless nights. It's treatable, so stop googling at 2 AM, trust the specialists, and get some rest.

My family suggested visiting several temples and trying traditional wellness treatments, but we trusted our doctor's surgery and chemo plan. It was the best decision as she recovered very well.
