Is sleep walking real?

My husband sometimes gets up and moves around the house in his sleep, and he doesn't remember it in the morning. My mother-in-law says he's just dreaming loudly, but I'm worried. Is sleepwalking a real thing, or is it just something people exaggerate?

Yes, it is very real. My ten-year-old son does it occasionally when he is overly tired or stressed. We just make sure the doors are locked safely and gently guide him back to bed without waking him up.

Yes, it is a real condition. Usually, it happens due to a disturbed mind or lack of sound sleep. Ensure the room is quiet, give them a cup of warm milk before sleeping, and keep the surroundings safe.

It is completely real. I have sleepwalked since childhood. The best tip is to keep the floor clear of objects, lock the main doors securely, and maintain a very strict, relaxing sleep schedule.

Bilkul real hai bhai. Film ki kahani nahi hai ye. Agar ghar pe kisi ko ye problem hai, toh safely handle karo aur doctor se baat karo.

Yes, it's a real sleep disorder. Often, regular exercise and avoiding heavy meals or caffeine close to bedtime can help improve sleep depth and reduce these episodes. Stay active and keep a clean diet.

Yes, it's real. I ignored my sleep issues for years thinking it was normal, and it ended up affecting my health badly. Please don't ignore it and consult a doctor to get a proper evaluation.

Yes, medically it is called somnambulism and is quite real. I suggest visiting a neurologist or a sleep specialist at a reputed hospital to get proper guidance on how to manage it safely.

It is definitely real. My roommate used to walk around our hostel room in his sleep. We just used to guide him back to his bed quietly and made sure he didn't trip over anything.

It is real and actually quite scary to think about. Has anyone else here experienced waking up in a completely different room? It makes me so anxious just thinking about losing control like that.

It is very real. I used to do it during my college exams due to extreme stress and sleep deprivation. Once I managed my stress and got regular sleep, it stopped completely.
