Is sleep paralysis spiritual?
My mom says sleep paralysis is when bad spirits try to enter your body, and you should pray to break free. I'm not sure what to believe. Is sleep paralysis spiritual or does it have a medical explanation?

Hey, don't stress too much about the spiritual side of it. It's just a biological glitch where your brain wakes up before your body does. It feels super weird, but it is pure science, not some spirit or ghost.

It is absolutely not spiritual. It is a transition state between REM sleep and waking up, called sleep paralysis. Let's not bring supernatural theories into what is a very basic neurological phenomenon.

Haan na, many people think it is some jadoo-tona or spiritual attack. But actually, it is just because of irregular sleep and high stress. Don't worry, there is nothing paranormal about it.

My grandmother said it happens because of some energy block in the room. I want to believe it is just scientific, but why do so many people see the exact same dark figure? Is there any medical explanation for that?
