Is sleep paralysis real?

Someone told me about sleep paralysis and how you can't move after waking up. It sounds like something out of a movie. Is sleep paralysis real, or just a myth?

Haan na, it is 100% real. People think it is just a superstition or ghost story, but it is actually a scientific thing where your muscles are locked while you are awake.

It is indeed a real medical condition, my child. I experienced it in my youth when I had work pressure. With time and a calm lifestyle, it naturally stops happening.

It is real and usually linked to poor recovery and high stress. I noticed a big difference when I cleaned up my diet and slept on a proper schedule. Keep your lifestyle in check.

It is real, but there is no need to fear it. It is just a temporary state of disharmony in the sleep cycle. Daily yoga nidra and deep breathing can help you transition smoothly into sleep.

It is definitely real, bro. I have experienced it multiple times where my eyes are wide open but I can't move a single finger. It feels like you are paralyzed for a minute.
