Is sleep paralysis a dream?
Last night, I woke up feeling totally paralyzed but my mind was awake. It felt like a really vivid nightmare, but I wasn't actually dreaming. Is sleep paralysis just another form of a dream or something else?

Haan na, it feels exactly like a nightmare but your eyes are actually open. You are half awake and trying to scream but voice just doesn't come out. Honestly, it is very scary but it is a transition state, not a normal dream.
It is not a dream, it is a real state where your body feels locked. Please do not worry, it passes away in a few minutes. Just focus on slow breathing when it happens.

Dream? I wish it was just a sweet dream where I am eating gulab jamun. Here I am fully awake and frozen like a statue. At my age, even my joints freeze during the day, now my whole body freezes at night too!
