Is sleep important?

I often find myself cutting down on sleep to finish work or watch shows, but then I feel really tired and unproductive. My mother always tells me to sleep more. Is sleep really that important for overall health and daily functioning?

It's interesting how much talk there is about sleep now. I used to think it was just about resting, but it seems like it's crucial for everything – brain function, mood, even your immune system. So yeah, I'm finding out it's way more important than I ever realized.

Bro, honestly, if I don't get my 7-8 hours, I'm a mess. My focus goes down, I'm grumpy, and I can't even play my games properly. So yeah, sleep is super important. Don't skip it.

Oh, my god, yes! I used to neglect sleep and it affected my anxiety levels so much. It's not just about physical rest; your mental health totally depends on it too. If you're wondering, trust me, it's vital. Please prioritize your sleep, it's worth it.

Bilkul, sleep is very important. It's like charging your phone; if you don't charge it fully, it won't work well the next day. Same with our body. A good night's sleep improves everything - mood, work, memory. Try to keep a fixed schedule, it helps a lot.
