Is sex good for diabetics?

Both my wife and I are diabetic, and sometimes we feel tired or have other issues. We want to know if being intimate could be helpful for our overall well-being. Is sex generally considered good for diabetics?

Honestly, I've been worried about this too since my diagnosis. I keep thinking if it's safe or if it could affect my sugar levels negatively. Does anyone else feel this anxiety about intimacy when managing diabetes?

Dekho, for general well-being, haan, it's good. But if you have diabetes, you have to talk to your doc. Don't just assume everything is fine, especially if you have other complications. Safety first, always.

Sweetheart, it's a very normal concern. Generally, for most people, physical activity like sex is beneficial. But with diabetes, it's always best to have a chat with your doctor; they can guide you based on your specific health status and any medications you're on.

Life is a blessing, and intimacy is a part of it. If you maintain a balanced lifestyle, manage your sugar levels through diet and exercise, and consult your doctor regularly, then positive experiences like this contribute to overall well-being. Keep a peaceful mind.

I was actually researching this topic for a while. General consensus seems to be that it's okay, and even beneficial for stress reduction and heart health, IF diabetes is well-managed. But serious complications can make it tricky. So yeah, doc's advice is key here.

Bruh, I heard it burns calories, so like, good for any physical activity, right? But for diabetics, I guess controlling blood sugar is priority. My uncle has diabetes and his doc always tells him to check everything. So maybe check with your doc too.

Beti, for healthy people, it's part of life and good for stress. But if you have sugar disease, your body is different. Listen to your doctor. They know best. Sometimes, certain things can affect sugar, so be careful. My nani used to say, 'Har cheez soch samajh ke karo'.

Ho na, general health ke liye toh accha hai. But with diabetes, body is sensitive. So, maybe you should discuss with your doctor if there are any specific things to keep in mind, right? Just to be on the safer side.
