Is sauna good for skin eczema?

My skin eczema has been bothering me a lot lately, especially with the weather changes. I've heard mixed opinions about saunas and skin conditions. Could using a sauna help soothe my skin eczema or would it make it worse?

For eczema, sauna might not be the best bet. It dries out skin a lot. Better to focus on keeping skin moisturized and finding good creams. Sometimes simple things like avoiding harsh soaps and hot showers work wonders.

Honestly, when my eczema flared up, I was ready to try anything! I went to a sauna once, hoping for a miracle. It felt good for a bit, but then my skin got really dry and itchy afterwards. Just be careful, it might make it worse for some.

Na, yaar, I don't think sauna is good for eczema. My cousin had it bad, and the doctor told her to avoid extreme temperatures, both hot and cold. Haan, keep your skin cool and moisturized, that's what helps more.

See, our body needs balance. Sauna can be good for some things, but for skin conditions like eczema, it might be too much heat. Always listen to your body and choose what brings it peace and comfort. Take care, beta.

My friend has eczema, he tried sauna once cause he thought sweating would help. Big mistake. His skin got super irritated and red. Better to stick to what the doc says or simple moisturizers, seriously.
