Hmm, this is a new one! I thought salt was only good for making my biryani taste amazing. 😋 But for ED? I highly doubt it. Usually, doctors say to cut down on excess salt for overall health, especially for heart health, which is linked to ED. So, probably not, better stick to healthy eating habits than relying on salt for this!

Dealing with ED can be very frustrating and emotionally challenging. It's natural to look for all kinds of solutions, but please be careful about random advice. From what I know, high salt intake is often linked to high blood pressure and heart issues, which are actually common causes of ED. So, it's very unlikely salt would be 'good' for it. Best to consult a specialist.

From a holistic view, a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are key for overall well-being and vitality. Excessive salt can affect blood pressure and circulation, which are crucial for this aspect of health. Focusing on wholesome, natural foods, along with regular yoga and pranayama to reduce stress and improve blood flow, is generally more beneficial than relying on specific ingredients like salt.

This sounds like something you might hear from unverified sources. As a parent, I always tell my kids to get proper medical advice for health issues. ED can be caused by various underlying health problems, often related to heart health and circulation. High salt intake is usually advised against for heart health. So, it's very important to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, don't experiment with salt.

Generally, our elders advise us to have a balanced diet, and too much salt is always cautioned against for heart health. ED often has roots in cardiovascular issues. So, it is highly unlikely that salt would be beneficial. It is very important to consult a qualified medical professional, like a urologist, for an accurate diagnosis and proper advice.

Hey, it's understandable to look for solutions for sensitive issues like this. But you need to be very careful. Salt is definitely not considered a remedy for ED. In fact, high salt intake is often linked to high blood pressure, which can actually worsen ED by affecting blood flow. Please, consult a doctor; they can guide you properly.

Based on current medical understanding, there is no evidence to suggest that salt is beneficial for erectile dysfunction. In fact, excessive salt intake can contribute to hypertension, which is a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases that often underlie ED. My doctor always emphasizes a heart-healthy diet, which includes limiting sodium, to improve vascular function and overall health. Consult a urologist for proper evaluation and treatment of ED.
