Is roasted peanuts good for diabetes?

My mother-in-law has diabetes, and she often munches on roasted peanuts as a snack. I'm wondering if this is a healthy choice for her. Are roasted peanuts good for people with diabetes, or should she avoid them?

Roasted peanuts can be a good snack for diabetics due to their low glycemic index and high protein/fiber content. However, portion control is crucial as they are calorie-dense. Unsalted and plain roasted are always better than flavored ones. And always keep an eye on your sugar levels.

Yaar, peanuts actually have healthy fats and protein, so they can be good for managing blood sugar spikes. But like, don't eat a whole packet, okay? Thoda sa hi khaana. And prefer dry roasted, not those fried ones. Check with your doctor too, for sure.

I was just looking this up! Peanuts have a low GI, which is usually a good sign for diabetics. So roasted peanuts, in small amounts, seem to be a decent snack option. Good to know!

Ho na, roasted peanuts are actually quite good for diabetics, in moderation. They have protein and fiber, which helps keep you full and stabilize blood sugar. Just make sure they're not salted too much, or even better, plain roasted. Ek mutthi bas, jyada nahi!

I totally get how confusing it can be to figure out what's good for diabetes. Roasted peanuts, when unsalted and eaten in small portions, are generally considered a good snack because they help manage blood sugar. Just don't overdo it, they are calorie dense!
