Is right shoulder pain a sign of a heart attack?

My father started having some pain in his right shoulder yesterday, and it's making him anxious. He's heard that shoulder pain can be related to the heart. Could right shoulder pain be a sign of a heart attack, or is he overthinking?

Dear one, any sudden and unusual pain should not be ignored. While heart attack pain is often in the left arm or chest, the body is complex. Do not let worry consume you, but do take care. Please consult a doctor quickly to understand what your body is trying to tell you. Stay positive.

Right shoulder pain is less commonly associated with a heart attack compared to left arm or chest pain. However, some women can experience atypical symptoms. If the pain is sudden, severe, or accompanied by other symptoms like shortness of breath, sweating, or chest discomfort, it's always safest to seek immediate medical attention. Don't try to self-diagnose heart issues.

Nah, usually heart attack means left arm pain, not right shoulder. Right shoulder pain is more likely a muscle strain or something. But if it's really bad or you feel weird otherwise, just get it checked out by a doc. Better safe than sorry, bro.

While classic heart attack symptoms usually involve left-sided chest and arm pain, atypical presentations can occur. Right shoulder pain, especially if sudden, severe, and accompanied by other symptoms like breathlessness or sweating, warrants immediate medical evaluation. Don't take chances; go to the emergency room.

Hey, don't stress too much, but also don't ignore it! Usually, heart attack pain is on the left side or chest, but everyone's body is different. If the pain is sharp, new, or you feel breathless or uneasy, please, please go see a doctor immediately. It's always better to get it checked out.
