Is relaxium sleep any good?

I've been struggling with sleep for a while now, and a colleague recommended a supplement called Relaxium Sleep. I'm hesitant to try anything without knowing if it works. Is Relaxium Sleep any good for improving sleep?

I bought it online because my sleep schedule was totally messed up due to late-night gaming. It made me feel slightly relaxed, but nothing magical. Honestly, just stopping caffeine after 4 PM did a much better job for my sleep.

I was super anxious about trying it because I always worry about side effects of sleep pills. I read so many reviews online before buying. It is mostly herbal so it felt safe, but I still only take half a dose because of my overthinking.

Haan, some people say it works well, but honestly tabhi asar karega na if your routine is also clean. I tried it for a week, it helped a bit to calm the mind. But screen time kam nahi karoge toh koi bhi supplement kaam nahi karega, brother.

These supplements might give temporary relief, but they do not solve the root cause of restlessness. I have found that doing 10 minutes of Bhramari pranayama and keeping the room dark before bed works much better than any pill.

Before starting any sleep supplements, even over-the-counter ones, you should get a doctor's opinion. Sometimes sleep issues are linked to thyroid, vitamin deficiencies, or high stress. Please get a proper checkup done first to find the real issue.

Relaxium contains ingredients like melatonin and valerian root, which can help with jet lag or temporary sleep issues. However, rely on it long-term isn't ideal. It is always best to consult a sleep specialist or your physician to address chronic insomnia.
