Is raw honey good for diabetics?

My father is diabetic, and we try to manage his diet very carefully. We're confused about honey. Some say raw honey is okay. Is raw honey a good option for diabetics, or should we stick to artificial sweeteners?

No, it is not good. Raw honey still has high sugar content and will spike your glucose levels quickly.

My father tried raw honey in his green tea for a week and his levels went crazy. Strictly avoid it if you're diabetic. It's basically just sugar with a fancy name.

Listen to me, don't experiment with raw honey thinking it is safe. Your health is way too important. Just stick to the diet your doctor prescribed and avoid these sweet traps.

Haan bhai, bilkul safe nahi hai. Honey natural toh hai par usme sugar bohot hoti hai na. Isse badhiya hai sugar-free options use karo ya bilkul avoid karo.

I know how hard it is to curb those sweet cravings, but raw honey isn't the magic shortcut for diabetics. It is delicious but will definitely spike your sugars. Better to look for diabetic-friendly desserts instead!
