Don't just eat it because some blog says bran is healthy. Raisins are dried grapes and have concentrated sugar, plus packaged cereals often have added syrup. Take the box to your doctor or nutritionist and let them guide you based on your HbA1c.
From a purely nutritional standpoint, packaged raisin bran can have surprisingly high sugar levels. While the fiber from bran is excellent, the raisins are very sweet. I prefer making my own unsweetened oats or daliya and adding a tiny bit of fresh fruit instead.

It is a bit of a mixed bag because of the high glycemic index of raisins combined with processed cereals. Some brands put a lot of extra sugar for taste. Consulting your endocrinologist is the best approach to see if it fits your specific meal plan.
