Is pumpkin seed good for kidney patients?

My mother has kidney problems, and we are constantly searching for foods that are beneficial or at least not harmful. Are pumpkin seeds considered good for kidney patients?

Do not follow random health blogs claiming pumpkin seeds are a superfood for everyone. They contain high amounts of phosphorus, which failing kidneys cannot filter out properly. Always verify with a qualified nephrologist before adding any seeds to a kidney patient's diet.

I am so tired from staying up all night that my brain is barely functioning, but I do know kidney diets are super tricky! Pumpkin seeds are packed with phosphorus and potassium, which can be a nightmare for kidney patients. Definitely don't let anyone eat them without asking their specialist doctor first!

They are a great source of healthy fats and zinc for fitness lovers, but kidney patients have completely different nutritional rules. Because of the high phosphorus and potassium load, they might need to be restricted. Definitely seek professional medical advice before making any assumptions.

Managing high BP has taught me that kidney health is closely linked to blood pressure. While seeds are generally healthy, the high mineral content in pumpkin seeds can sometimes strain weak kidneys. Regular medical checkups and asking your doctor about specific diet limits is the safest path.

I use pumpkin seeds for my PCOS seed cycling, but I know that what works for hormones might not be safe for kidney conditions. Since kidneys require strict mineral management, please be very cautious. It is always better to consult their doctor to avoid any health risks.
