Is psyllium husk good for fatty liver?

My recent reports showed I have a fatty liver, and I'm looking for natural ways to help manage it. Someone suggested psyllium husk; I'm curious if it's actually beneficial for this condition.

Ho na, psyllium husk yani isabgol stomach clean karne ke liye bohot accha hai. Liver par directly kitna asar hota hai pata nahi, par digestion improve hone se overall health achhi rehti hai. Apne doctor se zaroor consult karna lene se pehle.

I had Grade 2 fatty liver and used isabgol as part of my fiber intake. It definitely helps manage cholesterol and gut health, which indirectly supports liver recovery. But remember, the real cure is cutting out refined sugar, oily food, and walking daily. Don't rely on just one remedy.

I just reversed my fatty liver last month! My doctor had suggested adding a spoon of isabgol in warm water at night to help with my lipid levels and insulin sensitivity. It works wonders alongside a strict low-carb diet and daily evening walks.

I totally get it, dealing with a fatty liver diagnosis can make you want to try every natural remedy out there. Psyllium husk is generally safe and helps with overall digestion, which is good. Just take it slow and make sure you run it by your doctor during your next checkup.

I know how stressful it is when your liver reports come back abnormal, I panicked so much when it happened to me. Adding fiber like psyllium husk is a gentle way to help your body, but please don't stress. Talk to a physician who can guide you on the right path safely.

Isabgol is like that reliable old friend who cleans up the mess after a heavy party! While it’s famous for constipation, the fiber is actually pretty good for your liver and cholesterol too. Just don't use it as an excuse to eat samosas right after!

High fiber intake is highly beneficial for improving insulin resistance, which is directly linked to fatty liver. Psyllium husk is an easy way to boost that fiber. Keep up with your workouts, eat clean, and let your body heal naturally under a doctor's supervision.

My fitness app tracking showed that adding psyllium husk helped me hit my daily fiber goals easily, which is great for lipid profiles. Improved metabolic health directly benefits a fatty liver. Make sure you log your daily water intake too, as fiber needs plenty of water to work correctly.
