Is psoriasis curable?

My uncle has been suffering from psoriasis for years now, and it really affects his daily life. He's tried so many treatments but nothing seems to completely clear it. I'm wondering if psoriasis is actually curable or if it's something you just have to manage forever.

My son has psoriasis, and what the specialist told us is that there is no permanent cure, but it is highly manageable. We keep his skin well moisturized and avoid dry cold winds. With the right care, he goes months without any major patches showing up.

So there's no magic permanent cure, but don't lose heart! Modern treatments are amazing and can keep your skin completely clear. Just find a good doctor and keep a happy mindset, it makes a huge difference.

I literally cried and panicked when I was first diagnosed, thinking my skin would stay like this forever. But trust me, once you start proper treatment, it gets so much better. It is a chronic condition, but you can live a totally normal life with almost zero symptoms.

It can't be cured forever, but don't let that disappoint you. Focus on managing your daily stress and eating clean, nutrient-rich foods. Once you figure out your triggers, keeping the flare-ups away becomes very easy and practical.

Just like my high blood pressure, psoriasis is a lifelong condition that requires continuous management. You need regular checkups with your doctor and a very disciplined lifestyle. If you manage your diet and stay active, it stays quiet.

Actually it's not curable like a normal fever, but you can totally control it. My roommate has it, and she just uses her prescribed creams and avoids too much junk food. Her skin looks perfectly fine most of the year.
