Is powerade zero good for diabetics?

I have type 2 diabetes and try to stay active, so sometimes I need to rehydrate. I usually look for zero-sugar options. I saw Powerade Zero at the store and wondered if it's a good choice for diabetics, or if there are hidden sugars?

I know how hard it is when you just want a normal flavored drink but have to constantly check labels. Powerade Zero doesn't have sugar, so it won't spike you, which is a relief. It's okay to feel frustrated, but this one is generally safer than the regular one.

Powerade Zero is fine since it has no sugar, but honestly, it is quite expensive and hard to find in local shops. Standard salted nimbu paani made at home without sugar works just as well and costs almost nothing.

Well, the 'Zero' part is the best friend of our blood sugar! It won't cause a sugar spike, so you can drink it without feeling like you committed a health crime. Just don't swim in it daily!

When the sweet cravings hit and you can't have soda, Powerade Zero is a decent savior. It keeps you hydrated without the guilt of massive sugar spikes. Just pair it with a healthy snack so you don't feel empty.

At this point in life, anything with 'zero' sugar looks like a blessing. Powerade Zero is fine for keeping electrolytes up without raising your glucose. Though my doctor still says plain water is the true king.
