Is pomegranate good for liver?

My cousin recently had some liver problems, and her doctor advised her to eat healthy. I was wondering if pomegranates are good for liver health? We want to help her with her diet.

Oh, I was just wondering the same thing! My nani always says anar is good for everything, especially for blood and energy. I've heard it has antioxidants which are great for overall health, and that includes the liver. But I guess balance is key, right? Don't overdo it!

Yeah, I've been doing some reading on superfoods, and pomegranate comes up a lot. Apparently, its antioxidants help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, which are good for liver health. But like, it's not a medicine, just a healthy fruit, you know?

I have thyroid issues, so I'm always very careful about what I eat and how it affects my body. Pomegranate is generally considered good for liver health because of its detoxifying properties. But for any specific liver condition, please get regular tests done and follow your doctor's advice. What's good for general health might not be enough for a specific ailment.
