Pomegranate fruit can be good for diabetics, but the keyword here is moderation. It's rich in antioxidants and fiber, which are beneficial. However, it also contains natural sugars. So, eating a small, controlled portion of the whole fruit is generally okay, but avoid the juice. Always monitor your blood sugar and consult your doctor or a dietician for personalized advice.

As someone managing thyroid, I know how important diet is for overall health. Pomegranate fruit has antioxidants and fiber, which are good. For diabetics, eating the whole fruit in a limited portion is usually better than juice because of the fiber. But always keep up with your regular blood sugar tests and talk to your endocrinologist to see how it fits into your specific diet plan.

Haan, anar ka phal diabetics ke liye accha ho sakta hai, par thoda control mein. Usmein fiber hota hai aur anti-oxidants bhi. Par natural sugar bhi toh hoti hai na. Toh poora phal khao, juice mat peeyo aur zyada mat khao. Doctor ki advice toh best hoti hai.

Yeah, my grandpa has diabetes, and his doc said pomegranate is okay, but like, don't eat a whole kilo of it! A small bowl of the seeds is fine because it has fiber. Juice is a big no-no though, too much sugar hit. So, whole fruit, small portion, that's the rule.

From a diet perspective, pomegranate fruit is definitely a better choice than its juice for diabetics. The fiber in the whole fruit helps to moderate blood sugar response. It's a nutritious fruit. However, even with whole fruits, portion control is paramount to manage carbohydrate intake. Consult a dietician for specific quantities.
