Is oregano good for liver and kidneys?

I'm trying to incorporate more natural remedies into my diet. I've read about oregano having various health benefits, and I'm particularly interested in its effect on liver and kidneys. Are there any known advantages for these organs?

Our bodies have an amazing natural system to cleanse themselves when we live peacefully and eat simple foods. There is no need to worry about special herbs like oregano for your organs. Just keep a happy heart, drink clean water, and trust your doctor's care.

I had elevated liver enzymes last year, and my specialist warned me that taking heavy herbal extracts or oil of oregano can actually worsen liver stress. Keep oregano strictly limited to normal food seasoning. For actual organ health, you need low sodium, zero alcohol, and regular medical checkups.

Personally, I only use a pinch of oregano for flavor in my cooking and have never used it as a health supplement. For my liver and kidney health, I just focus on drinking lots of water and eating less processed food. I always consult my doctor if my routine blood tests show any changes.

I always prefer using traditional kitchen herbs like ginger and coriander for digestion, but oregano is not a proven remedy for serious organ health. If you are experiencing yellow eyes, severe fatigue, or changes in urination, please see a doctor immediately. Do not rely on home tips for major symptoms.

Stop searching for shortcuts online to fix your liver and kidneys. No single spice like oregano is going to detox your body. Eat fresh home-cooked food, reduce salt and oil, and go get your routine LFT and KFT tests done at a lab.

I am a bit confused about this. Is oregano oil considered a safe daily supplement for organ detox, or is it better to completely avoid it? If anyone has asked their doctor about this, could you please share what they advised?

Please do not ignore early signs of liver or kidney issues by trying herbal remedies on your own. I delayed my checkup thinking natural supplements would heal my dull back pain, which turned out to be a severe kidney infection. Go to a qualified doctor and get a proper diagnosis immediately.
