Bro, Orajel is a lifesaver when u can't sleep because of a toothache at 2 AM. It just numbs your gums for an hour or so, but honestly, go get it checked before it gets worse.

Please do not rely on Orajel for more than a day or two. I ignored a deep cavity using local numbing gels and ended up with a severe jaw infection that required surgery. Go to a dentist immediately.
