Is omega xl good for arthritis?

My wife has severe arthritis and is always looking for new remedies. Someone recommended Omega XL for joint pain. Is this specific brand of omega 3 good for arthritis?

I track my joint pain recovery and physical activity on my health app. Omega XL is quite popular because it uses green-lipped mussel oil which is highly concentrated. It might help, but definitely run it by your orthopedician first.

Don't fall for heavy online marketing of imported brands like Omega XL. They can be very expensive and may not be any better than standard prescription omega-3. Consult your doctor to see what actually works for your type of arthritis.

I always get so nervous before trying new global supplements because of potential stomach issues or allergies. If you have shellfish allergies, Omega XL might not be safe as it comes from mussels. Please verify this with your doctor first.

Please be very careful before buying these supplements online. I once took an unverified joint supplement that upset my stomach and liver values severely. Please show the exact ingredient list to your doctor before buying.

I have tried everything from methi seeds to ginger tea for my knee pain. Supplements like Omega XL can help with lubrication, but don't forget simple warm mustard oil massages too. It is best to let your doctor guide you on the pills.
