Is omega 3 good for fatty liver?

I have a mild case of fatty liver and am trying to improve my diet. I was told that omega 3 could help. Does omega 3 really have benefits for fatty liver conditions?

Yes, omega 3 helps in reducing liver fat and inflammation. Just combine it with a low-carb diet for best results.

When I first got my ultrasound report showing fatty liver, I was so depressed and felt like my health was failing. Starting omega 3 along with lifestyle changes slowly brought my liver enzymes back to normal. It gets better, don't lose hope.

My dad was diagnosed with Grade 1 fatty liver recently and his doctor actually recommended omega 3 to help reduce the fat buildup. It really helps, but you also have to cut down on processed food and sugar. Take care!

Our body has a wonderful way of healing itself if we give it the right care and stay positive. Omega 3 is a good, natural way to support your liver health. Keep your mind calm and consult a good doctor for guidance.

My doctor also suggested omega 3 for my mild fatty liver, but I am always so scared of side effects. Did anyone else feel a bit of fishy burps or heaviness in the stomach after starting them? Let me know please.

Omega 3 actually works wonders for liver fat, yaar. My doctor prescribed it to me last year and my LFT reports improved quite a bit. Just make sure you are not buying low-grade capsules from local shops.
