Is never getting sick a sign of cancer?

My friend always brags about how he never gets sick, not even a cold, and someone joked that never getting sick might actually be a sign of cancer. That sounds really strange to me, but is there any truth to such a thing?

No, never getting sick is generally a sign of a strong immune system and a healthy lifestyle. Having a clean, fiber-rich vegetarian diet and exercising regularly keeps your body resilient. Don't worry about cancer just because you don't catch common colds often.

No beta, do not worry at all. A strong body that doesn't fall sick easily is a blessing, often coming from healthy home habits and fresh food. Just continue your good lifestyle and do not fill your mind with unnecessary fears from the internet.

I used to panic because I never caught a fever or cold while everyone else in my family did, and I read some weird things online. My doctor reassured me that it just means my immune system is doing a great job. There is absolutely no link between never getting minor illnesses and cancer.

Don't believe these bizarre internet myths that claim strong immunity is a sign of cancer. If you want true peace of mind, just get a routine annual health checkup done with standard blood tests. Trust real medical lab reports, not random search results.

I also read something similar online and got so worried because I haven't had a fever in over five years. Has anyone else felt this same anxiety? It is so easy to overthink these things, but I guess a regular doctor's checkup is the only way to feel sure.

Haha, no! It just means your immune system is super strong, probably from eating good food. Enjoy your great health and don't let these random internet articles ruin your appetite. Just keep eating balanced meals and stay happy.

That is completely illogical. Never getting minor colds just means your body's defense mechanism is highly efficient. If you are really concerned, do your yearly health screening, check your blood parameters, and move on with your life.
