Is nad good for your liver?

I've been reading a lot about anti-aging supplements and NAD keeps coming up. Some articles claim it's great for liver health too. Is NAD actually good for your liver, or are these claims exaggerated?

Hey, don't worry. NAD is actually a coenzyme that helps with cellular repair and energy in the liver. It has shown good results in research, but please don't rush to buy supplements. Talk to your doctor to see if you actually need it.

I have been researching NAD for general metabolic health because of my PCOS. It seems promising for liver cell regeneration, but I would still say consult your doctor first. We shouldn't self-medicate for liver issues.

Scientific supplements like NAD have their place, but our body also produces what it needs when we live in harmony. Try daily pranayama and a clean lifestyle to naturally support your liver. Consult your doctor if you feel you need extra supplements.

Yes, NAD is beneficial for liver mitochondrial health. Just ensure you get your liver enzymes tested before starting any therapy.

I am actually very new to these health terms and just heard about NAD today. Is it available as a regular tablet in India, or do we need some special prescription for it? If anyone has used it, please let me know.

NAD supplements and IV therapies can be extremely expensive in India. Before spending so much money, get a basic Liver Function Test (LFT) done for 500 rupees. Show it to a doctor; they might suggest much cheaper and effective alternatives.

Look, NAD is good, but for most of us, a simple routine works best for the liver. Cut down on sugar, stop drinking alcohol, and sleep on time. These basic steps are free and work better than any costly supplement.
