Is na beer bad for your liver?

I've been trying to cut down on alcohol, so I switched to non-alcoholic beer. I'm wondering if NA beer is still bad for your liver, even without the alcohol. Does it have any negative effects?

Non-alcoholic beer is definitely much better for your liver than regular beer because it lacks the harmful ethanol. However, please remember that many NA beers still contain a lot of carbs and sugar. If you drink it in high amounts daily, it can still contribute to a fatty liver.

Bro, my friends and I started keeping NA beer for parties because some of us wanted to stay sober. It is way safer for your liver, but honestly, check the calories on the back of the can. Some brands load them with sugar to make them taste good, which is not great.

Let's be real. It won't damage your liver like regular alcohol, but why drink empty calories anyway? If you are having one occasionally, it is totally fine. But if you have existing liver issues, even NA beer needs a doctor's okay.

With my busy corporate schedule, I switched to NA beer during weekend social events to avoid hangovers and protect my liver. It is a solid alternative. Just don't overdo it because of the high carbohydrate content, which isn't great for overall metabolic health.

Bhai, look at it this way—it is much better than actual alcohol which completely ruins the liver. But it is still a packaged market drink with chemicals and gas. It is always better to drink fresh coconut water or nimbu paani instead.

I drank NA beer for a whole month when I was detoxing my liver. My LFT reports actually came out great. Just make sure the label says 0.0% alcohol, as some 'non-alcoholic' ones actually have 0.5% alcohol which can add up if you drink too much.
