Is my mental health deteriorating?
Lately, I've been feeling really down and finding it hard to focus on work or even daily chores. My friends say I've changed, and I feel constantly anxious and irritable. I'm worried if this is something serious.

I have been feeling very low and tired lately too, and I was wondering if this is what people call burnout. How do we actually know if it is just a phase or something more serious? If anyone has gone to a counselor, does it really help to talk to them?

I hear you, and I want to validate that what you are feeling is completely real and so exhausting. I used to feel so guilty for being anxious and down all the time. Please remember that acknowledging this is the first step, and speaking to a mental health professional can give you so much relief.
