Arthritis pain is so debilitating, and figuring out food triggers can be really frustrating. Many people with arthritis report that dairy, including milk, seems to worsen their symptoms due to inflammation. It's not universal, but worth discussing with your doctor or a dietician to see if an elimination diet helps you feel better.

Oh no, don't tell me my beloved chai with milk is bad for something! For arthritis, some people say dairy can increase inflammation, so it might be a trigger for some. But it's not a rule for everyone. Best to listen to your body and your doctor. Maybe try an alternative for a bit and see if it makes a difference.

When managing a condition like arthritis, just like high BP, diet plays a huge role. While milk is a good source of calcium, some individuals find that dairy products can worsen inflammation, which affects arthritis. It's crucial to observe your own body and discuss diet changes with your doctor during your regular checkups.

I totally get why you're asking this, it's so confusing with all the conflicting info out there. For arthritis, some people find that milk and dairy products can trigger inflammation and worsen joint pain, while others are fine. It's very individual. The best way is to consult a doctor or a dietician who specializes in inflammatory conditions.

The relationship between milk and arthritis is complex and varies among individuals. Some studies suggest a link, while others don't. Instead of self-diagnosing, get a professional opinion from a rheumatologist or a nutritionist who understands arthritis. They can give you personalized advice.
