Is mental health important?

With all the talk about exams and career pressure, my younger cousin seems really stressed out. I want to explain to her why it's important to take care of her mind too. Is mental health important, and how can I explain it simply?

Absolutely! I track my mood and sleep patterns on my app, and it's crazy how much physical health correlates with mental well-being. If I'm stressed, my workouts suffer and I don't feel like eating healthy. It's all connected, bhai.

Of course it's important, but don't just blindly follow whatever 'remedies' or 'tips' you find online for it. If you're genuinely struggling, talk to a proper doctor or a psychologist. Self-diagnosing based on internet info is a bad idea, trust me.

From what I've seen in my line of work, mental health is as important as physical health, if not more sometimes. Stress and anxiety can manifest physically, like with headaches or stomach issues. So yeah, don't ignore it, really.

Oh my god, yes! I'm constantly worried about everything and sometimes it just paralyzes me. I've realized that unless my mind is peaceful, nothing else feels right. Please take it seriously, it affects everything.

Being diabetic, I know how stress can mess with my sugar levels. It's not just about what I eat, but how I feel too. If I'm worried, my body reacts. So yes, mental peace helps keep everything in balance, very important.

My mother always said a calm mind is key to a healthy body. We used to think only about physical ailments, but now even doctors emphasize mental peace. If you're struggling, it's good to talk to someone, like a good friend or a therapist.

I've been reading a lot about this lately, and it's like our body and mind are two sides of the same coin. You can't just fix one and ignore the other. Like, if you're feeling down, it's hard to even do basic stuff sometimes, right?
