Haan ji, usually starting mein toh pain nahi hota hai. Agar koi mole ya spot change ho raha hai, toh pain ho ya na ho, doctor ko dikhana bahut zaroori hai. Pain toh tab hota hai jab problem badh jaati hai, na? So, don't wait for pain!
While my focus is usually on diet and healthy eating, it's generally understood that early-stage melanoma often isn't painful. Pain usually indicates it's more advanced or affecting deeper tissues. But any change in a mole, painful or not, means it's time to see a doctor. That's more important than any diet!
Don't listen to random internet opinions on whether a cancer is painful or not. The internet will give you 10 different answers. The key thing with melanoma is usually it isn't painful in early stages, which is why people often miss it. If you have any skin concerns, stop scrolling and verify with a dermatologist. That's the only legit advice.
I get so worried about these things! I always thought cancer would be painful right away. Is it true that melanoma often starts without any pain at all? That's what makes me so anxious, thinking something serious could be happening without any obvious signs. Anyone else feel this way?
Ah, another mystery of the human body! Usually, in the early stages, melanoma is a silent villain, no pain at all. It's only when it decides to throw a party and spread that you might feel some discomfort. So, don't wait for the pain to tell you something's wrong; be smarter than the disease!

Like, usually no? From what I've heard, it doesn't really hurt in the beginning, which makes it kinda sneaky. It's more about how the mole looks or if it changes shape/color. So even if it doesn't hurt, still get it checked if it looks weird, my friend's cousin had something like that.
