Is mayonnaise good for diabetics?

My uncle, who is diabetic, recently started using a low-fat mayonnaise. He believes it's good for diabetics. Can anyone tell me if mayonnaise, especially the healthier versions, is actually beneficial or safe for diabetics?

Haan, honestly na, mayo is generally not considered 'good' for diabetics. It's full of oil and fat, aur sometimes sugar bhi hota hai. It's better to avoid ya phir bahut thoda use karo, that too light wala. Consult your doc, best option hai.

Oh god, I overthink everything about food for my health! For diabetics, mayo is definitely a tricky one. It's so high in fats and often has added sugar. So, I would lean towards saying no, it's not 'good'. Please be careful and check with a dietician.

In the principles of holistic health, food that is processed and heavy, like mayonnaise, is not ideal for anyone, especially those managing conditions like diabetes. It can weigh down the system. Focus on fresh, natural ingredients, and practices like pranayama to support metabolic balance.

Straight up, no. Mayonnaise is not good for diabetics. It's loaded with fat and sometimes sugar, which can mess with blood sugar levels and weight. If you're diabetic, you need to be very careful with what you eat. Best to avoid it.

For diabetics, diet is a critical component of management. Mayonnaise is typically high in fat and calories, and some varieties may contain added sugars, making it a less-than-ideal choice. It is always safest to consult with a doctor or a certified dietician to get tailored dietary recommendations for your specific condition.

As a working professional, I get that quick food options sometimes include mayo. But for diabetics, it's generally not advisable due to high fat and calories. If you're short on time, opt for healthier, quick alternatives like hummus or a simple curd dip, rather than risking your health.
