Is may mental health awareness month globally?

I've been seeing a lot of posts online about Mental Health Awareness Month. I know October is also one, but I'm confused if May is mental health awareness month globally as well, or just in some regions?

Yup, absolutely! May is Mental Health Awareness Month everywhere. It's such a good initiative to get people talking. Don't stress too much about getting everything perfect, just remember to be kind to yourself and others. We all need that sometimes!

Yeah, bro, it is! Like, I've seen so many posts about it on social media. It's actually helped me realize it's okay to talk about mental health stuff, not just keep it bottled up. Good initiative, honestly.

Yes, May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month internationally. It's as important as physical health, which I've learned managing my diabetes. Stress and mental well-being affect everything, so this awareness is very welcome. Take care of your mind along with your body.

Yaar, absolutely it is! I've been seeing it everywhere, actually. It's a great step towards normalizing conversations about mental health, which is so needed. Let's keep talking about it even after May, haan?
