Is matcha good for liver?

My mom has some liver issues, and someone told her that matcha might be beneficial. We want to know if it's really good for the liver, or if it's just another fad.

As someone who has to be very careful with what I eat for my thyroid, I've looked into this too. Matcha, like green tea, is generally considered good for liver health because of its high antioxidant content. But always do your regular tests and discuss any new additions to your diet with your doctor, especially if you have existing conditions.

Haan ji, generally they say green tea and matcha are quite beneficial for the liver. Bohot antioxidants hote hain isme. But na, if someone has any existing liver condition, then always consult a doc. Warna, normally it's a good thing, sunna hai maine.

There are always new 'superfoods' touted for various benefits online. While matcha has antioxidants, claiming it's definitively 'good for the liver' needs proper medical backing. If you have liver concerns, please don't rely on internet advice; get it verified by a doctor or a qualified nutritionist.

Oh, really? I thought it was just for energy. So it helps the liver too? Is it because of the antioxidants, or something else? I'm curious.
