Is march mental health awareness month?

I'm interested in spreading awareness about mental health among my friends. I remember hearing something about March being a special month for mental health. Is March considered Mental Health Awareness Month?

Hey, I think it's actually May for Mental Health Awareness Month in most places! But honestly, every month should be about mental health awareness. It's so important to talk about it and normalize seeking help. Just take care of yourself, okay?

Beta, the specific month changes with different regions, but the message is always the same: take care of your mind as much as your body. Don't hesitate to talk to someone if you are feeling low. We used to keep things bottled up, but it's good that now people are more open. It's okay to not be okay.

March, May, what month isn't a mental health awareness month these days? 😂 With all the stress of work, traffic, and EMIs, every day feels like a mental health challenge! But seriously, if you're struggling, talk to someone. Don't be like me and pretend everything is fine until you crack.

While awareness months are good, your mental health needs year-round attention. If you're feeling down or stressed, don't wait for a specific month. Always get it checked with a professional doctor or therapist. Early intervention is key.

Hmm, I usually just focus on what amazing food festivals are in March! 😋 But if it is mental health month, that's great! Maybe a nice dessert can boost serotonin, no? Jokes aside, good to see these topics getting attention. Remember to treat yourself well, food-wise and mind-wise!

From what I've seen, it's generally May that's widely recognized for Mental Health Awareness. But I feel like it's a topic that should be continuously discussed, not just one month. I personally make sure to check in with my friends and family often.
