Is magnesium cream good for arthritis pain?

My hands often hurt from arthritis, especially in the mornings. I saw an ad for magnesium cream and it claimed to relieve pain. Is magnesium cream good for arthritis pain, has anyone tried it?

Magnesium cream can indeed be quite effective for soothing localized pain and muscle stiffness, which often accompanies arthritis. It's absorbed through the skin and can help relax muscles. It's not a cure for arthritis, but many find it provides good temporary relief from the discomfort. You can definitely try it after checking with your doctor.

Oh, my Nani has arthritis and her hands hurt so much. I didn't know magnesium cream exists! Does it really get absorbed well and help with deep joint pain, or is it more for muscle soreness around the joint? Any specific brands that are good?

I track all my health stats, and I've read about transdermal magnesium for muscle recovery. For arthritis pain, some people do report relief. It helps with muscle relaxation and can reduce inflammation. It's worth trying as a complementary treatment, but definitely track its effectiveness and consult your rheumatologist.

Hmm, arthritis pain, that's not fun at all. I guess if it helps, why not? But I'd rather try a pain-relieving massage with some nice essential oils first, or maybe even eat more magnesium-rich foods like dark chocolate to feel better inside out! 🍫

Yaar, my knee pain was terrible because of early arthritis, and my physio suggested a magnesium oil spray which is similar to cream. It really helped calm down the soreness after a long day! It's not a cure, but for managing the daily pain, it definitely made a difference for me. Give it a shot, but main treatment is important.
