Is magnesium a sleep aid?

Lately, I've been struggling to fall asleep, very restless. A colleague mentioned taking magnesium to help with sleep. Is magnesium a sleep aid, or is it just a myth?

Honestly, I tried magnesium for a bit when I was having trouble sleeping. It did help me calm down a little before bed, felt like my muscles relaxed. Not a magic pill, but def helped take the edge off and snooze better.

Achhi neend ke liye mann ka shant rehna bohot zaroori hai. Magnesium can help your body relax, but also focus on positive thoughts and light meditation before sleep. Take care of yourself.

Yes, many people find it helpful for relaxation and better sleep quality. But consult with a doctor first always.

Dude, exams ke time mere friends ne try kiya tha magnesium. Bolte the thoda fark padta hai, like you feel less restless. But most important is regular sleep schedule, no?

Sleep aid? More like a 'shanti' pill, bro! I took it once and felt so chill, my bed tried to give me a high five. Just don't expect to wake up levitating, okay? 😂

Magnesium can support muscle relaxation which helps with sleep. But don't forget the basics. If your doc says it's fine, try light exercise or a good walk in the evening, it really helps tire you out naturally.

Beta, ache neend ke liye garam doodh aur haldi bhi bohot acha hota hai. Magnesium ke baare mein maine suna hai ki thoda relax karta hai, par pehle doctor se pooch lena chahiye. Natural cheezein toh hamesha acchi rehti hain.
