Is lower back pain a sign of heart attack?

I've been having this weird lower back pain, not too severe, but it’s constant. My chacha ji had a heart attack a few years back and he said he felt some back pain before that. Could this lower back ache really be connected to my heart?

Usually a heart attack has chest tightness, but sometimes pain can spread to the back. If you also feel breathless or sweaty, please go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.

Normally it's upper back or jaw pain that is linked to heart issues, especially in women. Lower back pain is usually just muscular or related to your posture. But if you feel sudden heavy pressure in your chest or arm along with it, don't wait at home, get checked.

Lower back issues are super common if your core muscles are weak or your hamstrings are tight. Unless you are having chest pain, numbness, or extreme nausea, it is likely muscular. Focus on basic mobility work and keeping your posture upright during the day.

Bro, lower back pain is almost always a posture issue from sitting too much or a gym injury. I had severe lower back pain last month and got scared too, but doc said it was just a muscle spasm. Heart stuff usually involves chest pain or dizziness, so don't panic but stay aware.

Please try to sit comfortably and rest first. If the pain is strictly in the lower back and doesn't go anywhere else, it might just be a regular muscle strain. Take care and consult a doctor if you feel uneasy or anxious.

Nahi yaar, lower back pain to normal posture or heavy lifting se hota hai. Heart attack ke symptoms alag hote hain, jaise chest me heavy feeling or sweating. Par agar thoda bhi doubt ho, toh risk mat lo aur doctor ko dikha lo, okay na?
