Early stages of liver fibrosis can actually improve if we take care of our lifestyle! Clean eating and giving up alcohol makes a big difference. Stay positive and follow your doctor's plan properly! 👍

Actually, early-stage liver scarring, like mild fibrosis, can often be managed or even reversed if the underlying cause is treated. However, advanced scarring or cirrhosis is generally considered irreversible. It is absolutely crucial to consult a hepatologist to get an accurate assessment of the stage.

I tried so many home remedies and herbal juices for liver health in the past, but honestly, for actual scarring, simple home tips alone won't work. The most practical thing is to cut down on oily food, stop alcohol completely, and eat freshly cooked, simple ghar ka khana while staying under doctor's supervision.

Diet plays a huge role in supporting the liver, especially focusing on antioxidant-rich vegetarian foods, leafy greens, and avoiding refined sugars. While diet can help prevent further damage and help the liver regenerate in early stages, we must be careful not to expect miracles without professional medical guidance.

Look, instead of worrying about big medical terms, start with basic changes. Cut out heavy oily foods, walk daily, and get regular liver function tests done. A good doctor can guide you on the right path, and catching it early makes it much easier to manage.

Early stage scarring can heal with proper care, but advanced stages are tough to reverse. Definitely get it checked by a specialist.

Listen, don't ignore this or try to cure it yourself. If it is early, the liver can heal itself quite well, but if you delay, it gets permanent. Go straight to a good doctor and follow their instructions without any cutting corners.
