Is liver md good for fatty liver?

I recently found out I have fatty liver and my doctor suggested making some lifestyle changes. I saw an advertisement for something called 'Liver MD' which claims to help. Is Liver MD good for fatty liver, or is it just another gimmick?

I always prefer natural ways like drinking lukewarm water with lemon, eating amla, and cutting down on sugar first for fatty liver. These packaged liver supplements might have some good ingredients, but they cannot replace a clean diet and doctor's advice. If you have pain or heavy bloating, please go to a clinic and get an ultrasound done first.

Arey, no supplement can save us if we keep ordering butter chicken and parathas every weekend, haha! I was also looking at Liver MD and other pills to wash away my food guilt. Honestly, reducing fried stuff and beer does 90% of the job, rest is just extra support.

Haha, we Punjabis love our food so much that our poor livers scream for help, and then we run after these fancy sounding pills! Don't stress too much, fatty liver grade 1 is super common these days. Just reduce the heavy stuff, walk a bit, and don't expect magic from any one supplement.

Please keep your mind calm and positive first, as stress also affects our digestion and organs. Liver MD has herbal elements that support detoxification, but true healing comes from within through a peaceful mind, simple home-cooked food, and daily yoga. Take care of your body, it has great power to heal itself.

I tracked my macros and liver enzymes on my health app for six months when I had mild fatty liver. Supplements like Liver MD contain milk thistle and alpha-lipoic acid which do help, but only if you are also maintaining a calorie deficit and exercising. Try tracking your daily steps and active minutes along with any pill you take!
