Is left shoulder pain a sign of a heart attack?

Been having this persistent pain in my left shoulder for a few days now, it's not going away easily. A colleague at work told me to be careful, as shoulder pain can sometimes be a sign of heart trouble. Is this true?

In my seventy years, I have seen many family members face health scares. Left shoulder pain can indeed be a sign of a heart attack, especially if it feels like a heavy weight or spreads down your arm. Please don't be afraid, but do have someone take you to the hospital immediately to get it checked.

My brother recently experienced a sudden dull pain in his left shoulder which we initially thought was a gym injury, but it turned out to be a heart issue. As a mother, I always tell my kids never to take chances with left-sided body pain. Please get yourself to a hospital emergency room immediately.

While shoulder pain is often a rotator cuff strain from workouts, left shoulder pain accompanied by sweating, chest pressure, or shortness of breath is a major heart attack warning. Stop all physical exercise or walking immediately. Please get medical help right now instead of waiting.

I completely understand how terrifying it is when you start feeling pain on your left side and your mind immediately jumps to a heart attack. It is incredibly stressful, but please know that left shoulder pain is a valid symptom that needs to be checked. Please visit an emergency room right away to ease your mind and stay safe.

Haan, left shoulder mein pain hona heart attack ka ek kaafi common sign ho sakta hai, aur isko ignore bilkul nahi karna chahiye na. Agar iske saath thoda bhi bhari-pan ya ghabrahat ho rahi hai, toh jaldi se hospital jao aur check karvao. Please lazy mat bano, safety pehle hai.

I always advise being extra cautious with any pain on the left side of the upper body. Left shoulder pain is a known referred symptom of cardiac distress and should never be self-diagnosed. Please go to the nearest hospital or emergency clinic immediately to get a professional evaluation.
