According to my HealthifyMe tracker, one medium kiwi has only about 10 grams of carbs and 2 grams of fiber. Its glycemic index is very low, around 48, so it won't cause any sharp glucose spikes on your CGM. It's a great choice for your daily macro goals.

Kiwi is good, but please don't rely only on diet changes if your blood sugar is consistently high. I neglected my symptoms for a long time thinking a clean diet would fix it, which was a huge mistake. Get a proper HbA1c test done first and consult a physician.

I remember feeling so depressed when I was diagnosed and thought I could never eat sweet fruits again. Finding out that kiwi is safe and actually good for diabetes was such a relief. You can enjoy it without feeling guilty, just keep the portion controlled.

Eating fresh fruits like kiwi and jamun is very helpful for maintaining sugar levels naturally. But remember, these are just supportive remedies. If your fasting sugars are regularly above normal, you must consult a doctor for proper medicine.
