Is kava kava good for sleep?

I struggle with insomnia sometimes, and I'm trying to find natural ways to improve my sleep. I heard about kava kava as a sleep aid. Is kava kava good for sleep, or are there better alternatives?

I've heard people use kava for sleep, but I'm always super cautious with herbal remedies, especially with my PCOS. Some things can mess with hormones or liver. While it might help some, it's not without risks. Maybe try safer relaxation techniques first? Just be careful, okay?

Woh zyada surakshit hai.

Dude, for sleep, I mostly just listen to some chill music or try to stop scrolling Insta an hour before bed. Kava kava, I've heard some people say it helps, but also heard about liver issues. Too risky for me, man. Better stick to normal stuff.

Haan, kuch log bolte hain kava kava se neend achhi aati hai. But na, liver ke liye thoda dangerous ho sakta hai. Better to try natural things like a warm bath ya reading a book before bed. Risky cheezon se door hi raho, yaar.

For managing diabetes, good sleep is crucial. However, with kava kava, there are concerns about liver effects. For anyone with a medical condition like diabetes, adding supplements without doctor's consultation is not advisable. Stick to regular sleep hygiene and discuss any sleep issues with your doctor.

I'm having a lot of trouble sleeping these days, so I'm looking for solutions. Is kava kava generally recommended by doctors for sleep problems, or is it more of a traditional remedy? I'm worried about side effects, especially for my liver.
