Is jaw pain a sign of a heart attack?

Last week, I had a sharp pain in my jaw that lasted for a few minutes. I've read online that jaw pain can sometimes be a sign of a heart attack. Should I be concerned about this, or is it usually just a regular pain?

Please, if you have jaw pain along with other symptoms like chest pain, sweating, or arm pain, do NOT ignore it. I once brushed off some symptoms and it turned out to be more serious than I thought. Go to the hospital immediately. It's always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to your heart.

Haan, yaar, jaw pain can be a sign. Specially the left jaw. My uncle had it with chest pain and sweating, aur doctors told us it was heart related. Na take it lightly, please. If you're feeling anything like that, straight away go to emergency. Don't wait for internet advice.

Don't waste time looking for answers online. If you're experiencing these, it's an emergency. Call for medical help or get to a hospital ASAP.

Oh my God, this is one of my biggest fears! I constantly worry about every little ache. Yes, jaw pain, especially on the left side, can absolutely be a symptom of a heart attack, among other things. If you're feeling it, especially with chest tightness or shortness of breath, please don't wait. It's better to get checked and find it's nothing than to risk it.

Yes, jaw pain, especially radiating to the left side, can be a symptom of a heart attack, particularly in women, though men can experience it too. I had a scare myself with similar symptoms. It's crucial to look at it with other signs like chest pressure, breathlessness, or lightheadedness. Don't delay; seek immediate medical attention if you suspect anything.

Any unusual pain, especially in the chest or radiating to the arm or jaw, should be taken very seriously. I've had complications from delaying medical attention, so my advice is always to see a doctor. For potential heart attack symptoms, you need to go to an emergency room immediately, not wait. Don't take chances.

For small aches, I often try home remedies, but for something like jaw pain that could be linked to the heart, please do not experiment at home. It's too risky. If it's severe or feels unusual, go to the emergency room or call for medical help immediately. Practical advice is, don't wait.

Oh my god, this question is making me anxious. I sometimes get jaw pain, usually after clenching my teeth. But what if it's something more? Has anyone else experienced jaw pain that turned out to be related to the heart? The doctors always say if it's severe or accompanied by other things, rush to the hospital.

My fitness app sometimes flags symptoms that need urgent attention, and jaw pain (especially left-sided with other symptoms) is often listed as a potential cardiac issue. While it could be other things like TMJ, if it's sudden or severe, it's best to head straight to the emergency room. Better safe than sorry when your heart is involved.

Yeah, jaw pain can definitely be a heart attack symptom, which is scary, I know. I once had really bad jaw pain and panicked, thinking the worst, but it turned out to be just a bad wisdom tooth. BUT, if you feel any chest pressure, shortness of breath or arm pain with it, don't take any chances, just get to the hospital straight away. It's always best to get it checked by a doc quickly.
