Haaan beta, anything in excess is not good. Too much sleep can make you feel more tired, like your body becomes lazy. A good balance is important. Maybe a light walk in the morning or some fresh air can help balance it.
Our bodies are temples, so we must care for them with love. If you feel like you are sleeping too much, perhaps your body is trying to heal from something or is out of sync. Stay positive, keep your mind calm, and maybe a little routine change will help. Everything will be okay.
