Is it possible to have the flu without a fever?

Feeling really weak and body aches, classic flu symptoms almost. But my temperature is completely normal, not even a slight fever. Can you actually have the flu without that high temperature?

Please be careful with this. I once thought I just had a bad cold because I didn't have a fever, but it escalated quickly into bronchitis. It turned out to be the flu. Always better to see a doctor if you have flu-like symptoms, even without a fever, to avoid complications.

Ho na, it's possible. Sometimes the body doesn't react with a fever, but you still feel all the other flu symptoms, like body aches and cough. Don't take it lightly, because even without fever, flu can be quite nasty. Rest well.

I totally get it, it can be confusing when you have all the flu symptoms but no fever. It makes you second-guess if it's really the flu. But yes, it's definitely possible. Just listen to your body and don't hesitate to get a medical opinion if you're feeling really unwell.

My doctor actually explained this to me last year. She said that while fever is a common flu symptom, some people, especially those with weaker immune systems or the elderly, might not develop one. The flu can still be quite severe, so it's important to watch for other symptoms like body aches, fatigue, and chills. Get proper rest and consult a doctor.

Yes, even without a fever, the flu can make you feel very drained. I believe focusing on gentle pranayama and light yoga, if your body allows, can help boost your system. But for proper diagnosis, especially if symptoms are strong, please consult a physician. Our breath is powerful, but doctors are there for a reason.
