Is it ok to sleep without underwear?

I've heard some people say it's more hygienic and comfortable to sleep without underwear. I've been considering trying it out. Is it actually okay, or are there any health concerns with sleeping without underwear?

Honestly, I've always wondered this too! It feels a bit weird to sleep without anything, no? Like, is it actually hygienic? Does anyone else feel a bit exposed or worried about germs?

Haan, many people say it's actually good for ventilation, especially for women to avoid infections. Just make sure your bedsheets are super clean. If you have any specific skin issues or discomfort though, better check with a doc once.

My grandmother used to say it's more comfortable and lets your body breathe properly during sleep. I think it's mostly fine, dear, as long as you feel good. If there are any concerns, always best to speak to a doctor for proper guidance.

Yes, totally fine! In fact, it can be quite beneficial, especially in our Indian weather. Less friction, better air circulation. Just make sure your nightwear is loose and breathable, like cotton pajamas. Give it a try, you might actually like it.

Sleep is for rest, so whatever makes you feel most comfortable and peaceful is good. If sleeping without underwear helps you feel more relaxed and cool, then why not? Just listen to your body and keep a positive mindset.
