Is it ok to sleep without a pillow?
I actually find it more comfortable to sleep without a pillow, and I feel my neck is better. My wife thinks it's completely wrong and will cause neck pain. Is it okay to sleep without a pillow?

Honestly, I stopped using a pillow a few months ago because of neck pain, and it actually helped a lot! My posture feels better. Just try it for a few nights and see how your body feels, everyone is different.
Haan ji, bilkul theek hai. Humare gaon mein toh bahut log bina takiye ke sote hain. Kai baar toh zyada bada takiya hi gardan mein dard kar deta hai. Araam milta hai aise sone se.
I totally get it, sometimes a pillow just feels wrong. For some, it can really help align the spine, especially if you sleep on your back. If you're comfortable and not waking up with pain, then it's probably fine for you.
Oh my god, I had the same question a year back! I thought it would be super bad for my neck. But then I tried it during a trip when I forgot my pillow, and it was surprisingly comfortable. Now I do it sometimes, don't worry too much about it!
My son, he's 10, prefers sleeping without a pillow often, says it's more comfy. I checked with our pediatrician, and she said as long as he's not complaining of any pain and is sleeping well, it's okay. Maybe try a thin, flat one if totally no pillow is too much.
I tried sleeping without a pillow once but my neck felt really stiff the next morning. Did anyone else experience that? Maybe it depends on how you sleep, like side or back?

Dude, seriously, don't stress too much about it! It's totally fine for many people. My cousin swears by it for his back pain. Just listen to your body, if it feels good, go for it! If not, switch back to a comfy pillow. Simple!
Generally, if it feels good for your body, then no problem. Some people find it better for their neck and spine. But if you start getting headaches or severe neck pain consistently, then always best to consult a doctor, don't ignore it.
