Is it ok to sleep with earplugs?
My husband snores really loudly, so I've started wearing earplugs to sleep. It helps me actually get some rest. Are there any downsides or is it completely fine to sleep with earplugs every night?

Haan bhai, main toh hamesha pehenta hoon. Mere roommate bahut noise karte hain. Just make sure they're soft ones, not the hard plastic type, warna kaan dukhte hain. Clean them regularly, that's important.
Dekho, if you need them for noise, it's fine. But don't make it a habit if you can help it. Also, hygiene is key. Aur make sure you can still hear important things, like your alarm or a baby crying, if applicable.
Ho na, I use them sometimes when my neighbours are very loud. Foam वाले अच्छे रहते हैं, kaan ko lagte bhi nahi. Just make sure you change them often or clean them well so no infection happens, right?
Honestly, if it means I get more than 4 hours of sleep, I'll sleep with anything in my ears. As long as it's not painful, I say go for it. My brain needs a break from all the daily noise. Just praying I don't miss my alarm!
Look, people on the internet will say anything. While generally considered safe, prolonged use can cause wax buildup or even ear infections. Don't rely on random advice; check with an ENT specialist to be sure it's okay for your ears, especially if you plan to use them daily.

Peaceful sleep is a blessing. If earplugs bring you that peace, it's fine, but also try to find quiet in your own mind. Meditate a little before sleeping, let go of worries. The body and mind need natural rest, free from external disturbances, and also internal ones.
Only if you want to enter a deep sleep where even a cat falling off a cupboard won't wake you. Jokes apart, yeah, it's generally okay, just don't shove them too deep, you're not trying to find Narnia in your ear canal!
