Absolutely not normal, and it can be dangerous. My brother-in-law ignored this for years, and it led to severe health complications, including heart issues. It sounds like sleep apnea. You must see a doctor, preferably a pulmonologist or a sleep specialist, as soon as possible. Don't delay.

I used to snore loudly and sometimes felt like I stopped breathing for a second, but I brushed it off. I was always tired and sleepy. Eventually, I got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I regret not getting it checked earlier, as it affected my quality of life a lot. Please, please get a sleep study done.

Brief pauses in breathing can be a symptom of sleep apnea, a condition where breathing repeatedly stops and starts. This can have serious health implications if left untreated. It's important to consult a doctor, preferably a sleep specialist, for proper diagnosis and management. Their advice will be the most reliable.

Beta, if you feel like you stop breathing, that's serious. My old friend had this, and he always felt tired. It turned out to be something called sleep apnea. Please, don't take it lightly. Go to the doctor quickly. They have ways to help manage it.

This sounds like sleep apnea, and it really needs checking. I know a sleep study might seem expensive, but the long-term health risks if left untreated could be much more costly. Talk to your doctor about affordable diagnostic options or payment plans. Your health is worth it.
